How to Reach the Home Rankings Team – Enquiries, Feedback, and Partnership Requests

We love hearing from our readers. Whether you have a question about a review, want to suggest a product category we should cover, or represent a brand and want to understand our policies, this page tells you exactly how to get in touch.

Reader Feedback and Review Suggestions

If you have used a product that we have not yet reviewed, please tell us. Your real-world experience helps us prioritise which products to analyse next. The best way to submit suggestions is via email. Include the product name, model number, and a brief note about why you think it deserves attention – for example, because it has unusually high ratings, or because you had a bad experience and want to warn others.

We read every email, but we receive a high volume. Please allow 3–5 business days for a reply. If your enquiry is urgent (for example, you believe our content contains a factual error), mark it as “Urgent” in the subject line.

Business and Partnership Enquiries

We do accept partnership enquiries, but with strict rules. Home Rankings does not accept payment for positive reviews or ranking changes. If you represent a brand and want to discuss legitimate partnerships – such as providing a product for independent testing, sponsoring a newsletter without influencing content, or advertising through our display ad network – we are open to those conversations.

Please do not email us asking to remove a negative review or requesting that we change a ranking in exchange for money. We will not respond to those emails, and we may publicly disclose your request as an example of unethical marketing practices.

If you are experiencing technical issues with the Home Rankings website – broken links, display problems, or accessibility concerns – please let us know. We strive to keep the site fast and usable for everyone. Screenshots and browser information help us diagnose issues faster.
